肝臓浄化の続き…

一泊二日程のリヴァークレンジングを無事終えました！！！
ちょっと辛かったかな。今も体が食物摂取の変化に対応するのにがんばっている状態を感じます。

何が出てきたかと言うとそれほど大きな石、コレステロールの塊は出てはこなかったのもの、ころころと小さい０．１～２ｍｍ位の小さなものがお手洗いに行く度に量は変化しながら今朝終わる頃まで出てまいりました。水の上に浮かんでいるので見逃すことがないので、このクレンジングが効いているとすぐに実感できました。

クレンジングと共に根拠のない怒りもどことなく消えていて体は少々疲れ気味なのですが、喜び・安らぎを感じています。やり遂げた感もあり達成感は２日間のことだけと十分にあります。

My Most Important Relationship Is With My Source...
